Total Body Conditioning
The instructor will lead you through a routine that can be done at high and low impact.
This class stresses conditioning of the cardiovascular system along with the added benefits of muscle toning and coordination development.
Wear flexible clothing and good
Bring hand-held weights, a towel,
exercise mat, and a water bottle.
